Refund policy

 

We will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order for unworn garments with tags attached. To request a return, please email us at info@ludmilacouture.com with your order number, item(s) to return and the reason for your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

PLEASE NOTE : ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags attached.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item before placing a new order. If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email info@ludmilacouture.com to ensure that the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above).  Limited to one exchange per order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:  Ludmila Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Ludmila Couture will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
